state-owned shipbuilding company subjected to Guangdong Province Navigation Holdings Company Limited

owning independent export and import operations. Its principle business activities engage in self-support and agented for diverse types of import and export of goods and technology approved by the State Department of Foreign Trade, feed processing operation etc.

Since 1980, GSI has mainly designed and built a great number of vessels which all under 10,000tons£¬including assist & escort tugs, cargo & container ships, oil & water supply boats. GSI has succeeded in developing and building many tugboats which was exported to Europe,South-East Asia, Middle East, Africans and South Americas.
