Our company was established in 2001 by Mr. George Archontakis who has served the shipping community as Superintendent Engineer of Thenamaris Ships Management and Technical Manager of Minerva Marine for 25 years and is a cofounder and member of MARTECMA (member of technical managers association).

D.C.S.I International Ltd has offices in Piraeus, Limassol and Gdansk and our main activities are the following:

1. Exclusive representatives of Remontowa Shipyard in Gdansk, Poland

2. Certified sales and after sales support agent of Samsung Heavy Industries power and control systems including ‘Purimar’ Ballast Water Treatment System

3. GMDSS / Radio surveys on behalf of all major classification societies (ABS, LR, CCS, DNV-GL, BV and NK), Gyrocompasses’ repairs and overhauling

4. Our affiliated company Turbo Poland, located within Remontowa Shipyard Terrain is authorized spares and service dealer of Mitsubishi offering integrated worldwide Turbocharger Services

Through all these years and after more than 300 successful repairs and upgrades in Remontowa our company has established a very good relationship with most of the major Greek shipowners like Thenamaris, Minerva, Tsakos, Columbia, Stamco, Pleiades, Seamar, Maestro, Reederei Nord and Marmaras Navigation. In view of the forthcoming environmental rules and regulations our company has already secured, as agent of Samsung, a significant record of more than 80 sales of Ballast Water Management Systems ‘PURIMAR’ to the following companies: Thenamaris, Marmaras, Horizon Tankers, Gleamray, Quintana, Diana Shipping, Chandris, Cardiff and Golden Union.
