Naval Rocha is a yard providing vessel repair and maintenance in Portugal’s capital city, Lisbon. The site itself dates back to the 1800s and has been used for a number of purposes by many different companies, but was taken over by its current owner in 2000. Today it offers two dry docks, with Dry Dock 1 being 173.5 metres in length whilst Dry Dock 2 is 104 metres. There are three shareholders invested in Naval Rocha currently: the Portuguese government owns 45 per cent, 35 per cent is owned by a private investor, and marine services company Lisnave owns the remaining 20 per cent.
