COLONNA'S SHIPYARD

Colonna’s Shipyard, Inc . is a full-service ship repair facility conveniently located on deep water in the Port of Norfolk. Founded in 1875, it is the oldest family owned full service private shipyard in the United States.
The Company’s reputation is built on a long tradition of quality workmanship, on time deliveries, cost-effectiveness and solid business management. With the world’s  largest 1000 Metric Ton marine travel lift, a 17,200 ton NAVSEA 1625 certified floating drydock, a 2,800 ton floating drydock, two marine railways and a full array of shops and repair facilities, Colonna’s is able to undertake a wide range of in-plant repair, overhaul and conversion projects on ships up to 850 feet in length, and 29′ foot mean draft.
